UPDATE

This has been a really tough decision for me but it has got to the point where I'm unable to keep running WeHeartCBT without starting to charge to cover the cost. It's always been important to me that these resources are available to everyone so I've put this off for as long as possible. But, with the ever increasing cost of living, it's just not viable long term.

Until the end of 2025, I am therefore offering resource packs at a discounted price!

I've tried to keep this as affordable as possible for all you wonderful practitioner who work so hard! Thank you for your continued support, you
