No part of these materials may be reproduced, shared, distributed, stored, or transmitted in any form or by any means without prior written permission from the copyright holder, except as permitted under the licence outlined below.

1. Licence to Use   

Upon purchase, the buyer is granted a non-transferable, single-user licence to use these materials within their own professional practice. The licence applies only to the individual who has purchased and downloaded the materials and may not be transferred, shared, or extended to colleagues, teams, or organisations.

2. Permitted Use with Clients  

The purchaser may use these materials within their professional practice and may provide copies to their own clients as part of delivering therapeutic mental health support, or through teaching children and young people aged 18 years or younger. They may also use them for display purposes. 

3. Definition of Clients  

For the purpose of these terms, clients are defined as individual or groups of people who are receiving therapeutic mental health support directly from the purchaser. Clients may also refer to children and young people aged 18 years or younger who the purchaser is working with in a professional capacity. 

4. Restriction on Organisational or Service Use  

Clients do not include organisations, services, or institutions. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Schools  

- Colleges or universities  

- Mental health services  

- Charities or community services  

- Healthcare organisations  

- Any other professional service or organisation

5. Separate Purchase Required for Services  

If these materials are to be used within a service, organisation, or institution (for example a school, counselling service, healthcare service, or charity), each practitioner or service must purchase their own copy or obtain the appropriate licence separately.

6. Anti-Sharing and Redistribution Policy  

These materials are sold as digital products and are intended solely for the purchaser’s use. The purchaser may not:

- Share the digital files with colleagues, teams, or other professionals  

- Upload the files to shared drives, cloud storage, or internal service systems  

- Distribute the files through email, messaging platforms, or online groups  

- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the materials in any format  

- Upload the materials to websites, social media, learning platforms, or resource libraries

7. Digital Product Policy (Etsy / Website Sales)  

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded or accessed, unless required by law.

8. Breach of Terms  

Unauthorised sharing, distribution, or reproduction of these materials constitutes a breach of copyright and licensing terms and may result in action being taken to protect the intellectual property rights of the creator.

9. Acceptance of Terms  

By purchasing, downloading, or using these materials, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Organisational Use – Terms & Conditions

These resources are intended for individual use unless otherwise agreed. If you wish to purchase, distribute, or implement any of these resources for use across an entire organisation, department, or team, you must contact me prior to purchase.

Organisational use may require a separate agreement, licensing arrangement, or customised pricing structure. This ensures appropriate permissions, access levels, and support can be provided for your organisation.

If your organisation intends to provide access to multiple users, teams, or staff members, a tailored organisational licence may be required. Pricing for organisational use is not included within standard individual purchases.

Quotes for organisational licences are available upon request and will be based on factors such as the size of the organisation, number of users, and intended use of these resources.

If you have already made a purchase and intend to use it across multiple users within an organisation, please contact me as soon as possible so that the appropriate licence can be arranged.
