Self-Help

Everyone struggles with feelings of anxiety and/or low mood from time to time. When we feel this way, it was be helpful to know why we experience these feelings and know some ways that can help us to feel better. These resources can be used to help children learn more about different types of anxiety and low mood and learn some strategies they can use that can help them to feel better.
